1. Products & Use

  • All of our candles and products are handmade in small batches. Variations in color, scent, or appearance are normal and part of their unique charm.

  • Candles should always be used according to the included safety instructions. We are not liable for misuse of our products.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (you will be refunded in such cases).

3. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Orders ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • Once shipped, Hawks Ridge Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Local pickup is available. Customers will receive a notification once their order is ready.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the same product at no additional cost. Please contact us within [X days] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
